The Bravest

This was a fun project that Bureau 105 embarked on that was completely out-of-the-ordinary. ‘The Bravest’ was a series of high-adrenaline games that were filmed for television broadcast in the north of Europe. Bureau 105 was tasked with the structural design and certification of the prop structures that were used during the games.

These are but some of the games that were designed to find the bravest of the contestants. The games were filmed over a period of one month. Preparation, design and procurement was done during the preceding month.

Together with an expert team of riggers, contestants were to: cross chasms using wire rope obstacle bridge, retrieve keys from a horizontal flagpole suspended over a cliff, escape from a steel cage while being dropped into open water, rescue a fellow contestant from a rogue bus that tips into the sea, escape a car on fire while it races up a ramp and vaults into water.
